State Farm Pac-10 Women’s Tournament
packs full weekend of events into San Jose

SAN JOSE, Calif. (Feb. 28, 2007) The State Farm Pac-10 Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament will bring more than nine college basketball games to town when it opens a four-day run Friday at HP Pavilion at San Jose.

Packed in with some of the top women’s college basketball in the nation are a girls’ basketball clinic, an educational and networking event for college students interested in sports careers, a special opportunity for fathers and daughters to meet sports celebrities and attend games together, and a women’s leadership night before Monday’s championship game.

Here’s the full schedule of activities surrounding the tournament, which is in its fifth year in San Jose.
