The Amgen Tour of California is coming to San Jose

The inaugural Amgen Tour of California professional cycling race – a nationally televised event modeled on the Tour de France and including cycling’s most important international teams – will include two days of racing action in San Jose on Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 21 and 22. More than 1 million spectators are expected to line nearly 700 miles of California roadway during the eight-day stage race that begins in San Francisco on Feb. 19 and ends in Redondo Beach on Feb. 26.
