The First Tee of San Jose Invitational presented by AT&T is the primary fundraiser for The First Tee chapter located in the South Bay. The mission of The First Tee is to impact the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character-development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf. Over five-hundred youth currently participate in The First Tee of San Jose program – for many, this is their first exposure to the sport of golf.

The First Tee of San Jose is a program of the San Jose Sports Authority, which actively supports youth and amateur athletics throughout the community. The Sports Authority is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax exempt corporation. Contributions are tax deductible for the amount of the contribution less the value of the benefits received. |
